Designed and implemented AI-enabled workflows and automations across Design Miami’s operational stack, connecting Airtable, Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft, Claude, n8n, and Zapier.
The engagement combined a broader audit of team workflows and AI usage with hands-on systems building, including automated data flows, AI-assisted internal processes, reusable Claude workflows, and integrations across previously disconnected tools. I also established governance and data-use guidelines, identified high-impact opportunities for AI across the organization, and trained the team on incorporating these systems into day-to-day work.
